Anti-CDC25B Antibody
Synonimy: M-phase inducer phosphatase 2
This antibody targets Cell Division Cycle 25 Homolog B (CDC25B), another dual-specificity protein phosphatase involved in cell cycle control. CDC25B plays a key role in activating the CDK1/Cyclin B complex (Maturation-Promoting Factor, MPF) by removing inhibitory phosphates from CDK1. This activation drives entry into mitosis (G2/M transition). CDC25B expression and activity peak during G2 and M phases, and it is also implicated in checkpoint recovery.
Validated for immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry, this antibody enables the study of mitotic entry regulation, G2/M checkpoint control, CDK1 activation dynamics, and the potential role of CDC25B in cancer cell proliferation.
