Anti-CCR7 Antibody

This antibody targets C-C Motif Chemokine Receptor 7 (CCR7), a G protein-coupled receptor crucial for adaptive immune responses. CCR7 is expressed predominantly on naive T cells, central memory T cells, regulatory T cells, B cells, and mature dendritic cells. It binds chemokines CCL19 and CCL21, which are primarily expressed in secondary lymphoid organs (lymph nodes, spleen). This interaction directs the homing of these immune cells to sites where antigen presentation and lymphocyte activation occur.
Validated for immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry applications, this antibody is indispensable for studying immune cell trafficking, lymphocyte homing to lymphoid tissues, dendritic cell maturation and migration, and the organization of adaptive immune responses.
