Recombinant Human Calcium and integrin-binding protein 1 Gly2-Leu191
Synonyms: Calmyrin, KIP, SIP2
Calcium and integrin-binding protein 1 (CIB1) is a calcium-binding protein that plays important regulatory roles in various cellular processes including cell differentiation, proliferation, migration, and apoptosis. It is involved in integrin signaling, focal adhesion formation, and megakaryocyte differentiation. CIB1 interacts with multiple proteins including integrins, kinases, and phosphatases to modulate signaling pathways. It is widely expressed and has been implicated in thrombosis, angiogenesis, and cardiac hypertrophy. This recombinant protein can be used for studying CIB1 function and interactions in vitro.
