Lambda Protein Phosphatase (LPP) Activity Assay Kit

The Lambda Protein Phosphatase assay kit provides a straightforward and efficient method to measure the enzyme's activity. The substrate upon dephosphorylation by Lambda-PP, produces a yellow-colored product that can be easily quantified by colorimetric measurement at 405 nm. One unit of lambda phosphatase activity is defined as the amount of enzyme that produces 1 nmol of nitrophenol per minute at 30°C.
