Colorimetric Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH) Activity Assay Kit

In this colorimetric assay, LDH catalyzes the reduction of NAD+ to NADH, which then interacts with a specific probe to produce a color change. The intensity of the color, measured at 450 nm, is directly proportional to the LDH activity in the sample. This simple yet sensitive method allows for accurate quantification of LDH activity across a broad range of 1-100 mU/mL.
