Anti-LAMP1 Antibody

This antibody targets Lysosome-associated membrane glycoprotein 1 (LAMP1/CD107a), a type I transmembrane protein that plays important roles in lysosome biogenesis, lysosomal pH regulation, autophagy, and cholesterol homeostasis. LAMP1 functions as a direct inhibitor of proton channel TMEM175, facilitating lysosomal acidification for optimal hydrolase activity, and is involved in NK-cell cytotoxicity by participating in cytotoxic granule movement and perforin trafficking.

This antibody has been validated for immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry applications, allowing for detailed visualization and quantification of LAMP1 expression in cellular and tissue samples.
