Anti-IFNG Antibody (Mouse)

This antibody targets mouse Interferon Gamma (IFN-γ), a type II interferon that plays crucial roles in antimicrobial, antiviral, and antitumor responses by activating effector immune cells and enhancing antigen presentation. IFN-γ primarily signals through the JAK-STAT pathway to regulate gene expression, contributing to immune regulation including MHC class I/II upregulation, macrophage activation, and T cell responses. Released primarily from activated T lymphocytes and NK cells, IFN-γ functions as a homodimer that interacts with IFNGR1.

This antibody has been validated for immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry applications.
