Anti-Cyclin-D1

This antibody specifically targets Cyclin D1 (CCND1), a key regulatory component of the cyclin D1-CDK4 complex that phosphorylates retinoblastoma (RB) family proteins to control cell cycle progression during G1/S transition. Cyclin D1 functions as a major integrator of mitogenic and antimitogenic signals, regulating cell proliferation through RB1 phosphorylation and E2F-dependent transcription activation.
