Anti-ALK Antibody

This antibody targets Anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK), a receptor tyrosine kinase belonging to the insulin receptor superfamily. While its expression in normal adults is primarily restricted to the nervous system, ALK is a potent proto-oncogene. Chromosomal rearrangements that create constitutively active ALK fusion proteins (e.g., NPM-ALK, EML4-ALK) are the primary oncogenic drivers in anaplastic large-cell lymphoma and a subset of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), respectively.
