Anti-ALDOC Antibody

This antibody specifically targets Fructose-bisphosphate aldolase C (ALDOC), a 39.5 kDa brain-type glycolytic enzyme that catalyzes the reversible aldol cleavage of fructose-1,6-bisphosphate to dihydroxyacetone phosphate and glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate during glycolysis. ALDOC is predominantly expressed in the cerebellum, retina, and other regions of the central nervous system, where it plays a critical role in carbohydrate metabolism.
